Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions for Photographer services in Colombia Bogotá.
Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within five (5) business days after final delivery of edited images. Payments accepted via bank transfer to a Colombian financial institution (Bancolombia, Davivienda, or Banco de Bogotá).
Deliverables Timeline: Raw image backup within 48 hours of the final shoot day. Edited and retouched images delivered within ten (10) business days. Print-ready files within fifteen (15) business days.
Revisions: One round of minor color and cropping adjustments is included. Additional revision rounds will be billed at COP 150,000 per hour of the Photographer's time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot incurs a 20% fee. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 72 hours is non-refundable.
Intellectual Property: All original photographs remain the intellectual property of the Photographer and Andes Visual Studio until full payment is received. Usage rights are transferred per the scope defined in Item 8.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather in Colombia Bogotá, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.
