This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth collaboration between our Photographer team and your organization:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Medellín.
- All prices are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP). USD equivalents are provided for reference only and are based on the exchange rate on the date of issue. Final settlement shall be in COP.
- The Photographer and all crew members are fully insured for professional liability and equipment damage throughout the duration of the engagement in Medellín, Colombia.
- Weather-related delays: In the event of adverse weather conditions (common during Medellín's rainy season), the Photographer will reschedule the session at no additional cost, subject to mutual availability within fourteen (14) days.
- Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for photography in restricted or private locations within the city of Medellín. Our Photographer team will assist in the application process at no extra charge.
- All images delivered remain the intellectual property of Luz Andina Photography Studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the commercial usage license as described in Item 10 is transferred to the client.
- Any additional hours, locations, or deliverables beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of $350,000 COP per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations within seven (7) days will forfeit the full deposit.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. A formal service agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- All services are governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Photographer services to be rendered in Colombia Medellín.
