The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services in DR Congo Kinshasa:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations or availability of the Photographer.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance is due within five (5) business days of final image delivery. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo) in Kinshasa, DR Congo, or by mobile money (M-Pesa / Airtel Money) for amounts under USD 500.
- Deliverables: The Photographer guarantees delivery of the agreed-upon number of edited, high-resolution images. All raw files remain the property of Lumière Kin Photo Studio unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit 50% of the deposit. No refunds are issued for cancellations on the day of the shoot.
- Weather and Force Majeure: Given the tropical climate of DR Congo Kinshasa, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost in the event of severe weather. Force majeure events (civil unrest, infrastructure failure, government-mandated closures) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Usage Rights: The client receives full commercial and editorial usage rights for the delivered images. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection (up to 10 images) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
