Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to revision if the scope of work changes significantly. The Photographer reserves the right to adjust rates for services extending beyond the agreed-upon duration in Egypt Alexandria at a rate of EGP 1,000 per additional hour.

Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and a 50% advance payment received by the Photographer prior to the scheduled shoot date in Egypt Alexandria.
Payment Schedule: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; 50% balance due within 5 business days of final delivery of all edited images and printed materials.
Rescheduling: The client may reschedule the photography session up to 72 hours in advance at no additional cost. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
Deliverables: The Photographer shall deliver a minimum of 150 fully edited, high-resolution images (minimum 3000px on the long edge) via the online gallery within 7 business days of the shoot date, unless the urgent delivery option has been selected.
Usage Rights: The client receives full personal and commercial usage rights to all delivered images. The Photographer retains the right to use up to 5 selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes in Egypt Alexandria and internationally, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Weather & Force Majeure: For outdoor shoots in Egypt Alexandria, the Photographer will notify the client of any weather-related concerns. In the event of force majeure (severe storms, civil unrest, government-mandated closures), the session will be rescheduled at no cost to either party.
Equipment & Insurance: The Photographer shall provide all professional-grade camera bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment. All equipment is insured. The client is responsible for any damage caused by third parties or the client's own negligence at the venue.
Permits & Location Fees: Any venue-specific permits, location fees, or municipal approvals required by the city of Egypt Alexandria shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in this Quotation Estimate.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria under Egyptian law.
