The Photographer assigned to this project will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of eight years of experience in commercial, corporate, and event photography. All work will be conducted in compliance with Ethiopian media and photography regulations, and the Photographer will carry valid professional credentials issued by the Ethiopian Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (ETB 196,880) is due upon acceptance of this document to secure the Photographer’s schedule. The remaining 60% (ETB 295,320) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following final delivery of all edited images and printed materials. All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the studio’s designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch. International clients may remit in USD at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate on the day of payment.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in fuel costs, equipment availability, or market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
• The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for internal and promotional use. Any commercial resale or third-party licensing requires a separate written agreement.
• All photography sessions will be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Addis Ababa City, Ethiopia, unless otherwise specified in a written addendum. Travel to locations outside Addis Ababa (e.g., Bahir Dar, Hawassa, or Dire Dawa) will be quoted separately.
• The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures.
• Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary location permits, model release forms, and property access authorizations prior to the scheduled shoot date. The studio will provide template release forms for the client’s use.
• Delivery of final edited images will be completed within ten (10) business days of the last photography session. Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround) is available at an additional 25% surcharge on the post-production line item.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a legally enforceable service agreement under Ethiopian commercial law.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation No. 1271/2021.
