This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, the client shall remit a deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total amount, equivalent to 4,180.80 EUR, within five (5) business days to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance of sixty percent (60%) shall be due within fourteen (14) days following final delivery of all image assets.
All payments are to be made by bank transfer to the France Marseille studio account (IBAN: FR76 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX). Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the project for personal portfolio, social media, and professional exhibition purposes within France Marseille and internationally, unless a separate exclusivity clause is negotiated. All intellectual property rights in the raw and edited photographs remain with the Photographer until full payment is received, at which point the licensing terms outlined in Item 07 of this Quotation Estimate become effective.
