1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions, equipment costs, or changes in French tax regulations applicable to professional Photographer services in France Paris.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total amount, i.e., € 7,682.40 TTC, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining sixty percent (60%), i.e., € 11,523.60 TTC, shall be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) days of the final delivery of all retouched images. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to our account at Crédit Agricole, IBAN: FR76 1470 0000 0000 0000 0000 0, BIC: AGRIFRPP.
3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel the engagement, a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate value will apply if cancellation occurs less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shooting date in France Paris. Cancellations made more than fourteen days in advance will be subject to a reduced fee of twenty-five percent (25%).
4. Intellectual Property: All raw and edited photographs remain the intellectual property of Lumière Studio Photographique until full payment is received. Upon receipt of the final invoice payment, the commercial licence as specified in Item 06 is transferred to the client. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio and on their website, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots in France Paris, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies.
6. Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
7. Data Protection: In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés, all personal data collected during this engagement shall be processed solely for the purpose of executing the photography services and shall not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
