1. Scope of Work – Photographer Services in Germany Berlin
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lumière Studio Berlin, a registered professional Photographer operating in Germany Berlin, in response to the client's request for comprehensive photographic documentation and editorial imagery. The Photographer will provide full-service coverage including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, post-production editing, and delivery of final high-resolution assets. All services are to be performed within the metropolitan area of Germany Berlin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Terms and Conditions
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions, availability, or changes in operational costs in Germany Berlin.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit (5,012.88 EUR gross) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance is payable within 14 days of final image delivery, in accordance with § 286 BGB (German Civil Code).
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Lumière Studio Berlin, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Bank: Commerzbank Berlin.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the Photographer grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for the agreed commercial and editorial purposes. The Photographer retains moral rights under § 13 UrhG (German Copyright Act) and the right to display the work in their portfolio.
- Cancellation: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the first shooting day incurs a 25% fee. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation on the day of the shoot incurs 100% of the quoted amount.
- Force Majeure: The Photographer shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public transport strikes in Germany Berlin, or government-mandated restrictions.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the competent court in Berlin, Germany.
- Data Protection: In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), any personal data collected during the engagement will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling this contract and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services to be performed in Germany Berlin. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
