As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance. A non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 5,183.64) is required to confirm the Photographer booking and secure the date in Germany Frankfurt. The remaining balance of 60% (EUR 7,775.46) shall be settled within 14 days following final delivery of all edited photographic assets. Payments may be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory German rate of 8% above the ECB base rate per annum.
4. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Photographer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Photographer and all crew members are fully insured under professional liability and public liability policies compliant with German commercial law (GewO §14).
- All raw image files remain the intellectual property of Frankfurt Lens Studio GmbH. The client receives full commercial usage rights as specified in the licensing section of this Quotation Estimate.
- Any changes to the scope of work, venue location within Germany Frankfurt, or additional shooting hours must be approved in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure (severe weather, venue closure, or municipal restrictions in Germany Frankfurt). In such cases, a mutually agreeable alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent engagement shall be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main.
