4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Germany Munich.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery. Payment via bank transfer to Alpenlicht Studio GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- Delivery Timeline: All edited and retouched images shall be delivered via secure cloud platform within twenty-one (21) business days of the final shooting date. The Photographer guarantees delivery from the Munich studio facility.
- Revisions: Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Additional revision requests will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of EUR 95.00 per hour.
- Intellectual Property: All raw and edited images remain the property of the Photographer (Alpenlicht Studio GmbH) until full payment is received. The client receives a non-exclusive commercial license as specified in Item 7.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled shoot incurs a 25% fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 48 hours incurs the full quoted amount.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Munich, Bavaria.
- Data Protection: All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall be handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG).
