• Full-day event photography (15 hours on-site coverage) including candid shots, formal portraits, and wide-angle venue documentation.
• Pre-event venue scouting and lighting assessment to be conducted 48 hours prior to the summit in Ghana Accra.
• Assignment of one (1) lead Photographer and one (1) assistant photographer to ensure dual-angle coverage of all key moments.
• Professional-grade equipment including two (2) full-frame DSLR bodies, a range of prime and zoom lenses (24-70mm, 70-200mm, 35mm f/1.4), and portable LED lighting kits.
• Post-event editing and retouching of a minimum of 350 selected images, delivered in high-resolution JPEG and RAW formats.
• Production of a 20-page digital photo album (PDF) for distribution to summit attendees and sponsors.
• Provision of 50 printed 8x10 inch archival-quality photographs for the client's office display.

• Late payments beyond the stipulated period shall attract a penalty of 2% per month, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Ghana Accra.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in equipment costs, fuel prices, or market conditions in Ghana Accra.
• All images captured during the event shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to ten (10) images for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to the client's prior written consent.
