This Quotation Estimate is issued by LensCraft Studios Pvt. Ltd., a registered professional photography firm headquartered in India Bangalore, to provide Mr. Arjun Mehta and Mehta Enterprises LLP with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with engaging our Photographer team for a corporate annual report and product catalogue shoot. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Our lead Photographer, Mr. Ravi Shankar (12+ years of experience in commercial and corporate photography based in India Bangalore), along with a two-person support crew, will be deployed for the following deliverables:

• Corporate annual report photography (boardroom, office floor, team portraits) – 2 full days
• Product catalogue shoot for 45 SKUs (studio setup, lighting, styling) – 1 full day
• Post-production editing, colour grading, and retouching of all selected images
• Delivery of high-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats)
• One round of revisions on the final edited set

Amount in words: Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Rupees Only.

As per this Quotation Estimate, the payment structure is as follows:

• 50% Advance (₹2,25,380) – due within 5 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the Photographer's schedule.
• 40% Milestone (₹1,80,304) – due upon delivery of the first round of edited images.
• 10% Balance (₹45,076) – due within 7 days of final delivery and client sign-off.

Payments may be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account details provided on the official invoice. A 1.5% monthly interest will be charged on overdue amounts.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be revised based on market conditions in India Bangalore.
2. The Photographer and crew will work standard hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Overtime beyond 1 hour per day will be billed at 1.5x the daily rate.
3. All images delivered under this engagement are licensed for commercial use by the client. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their portfolio and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
4. Rescheduling of shoot dates must be communicated at least 7 working days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value.
5. Weather-related delays (applicable to any outdoor segments in Bangalore) will be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within 14 days.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include printing, framing, or any third-party licensing fees beyond the scope described in Section 2.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
8. All intellectual property in the raw and edited photographs remains with LensCraft Studios until full payment is received.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services in India Bangalore as described herein. This acceptance converts the Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement between both parties.
