3. Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking of the Photographer and secure the date. The remaining 50% balance shall be due within seven (7) working days following the delivery of the final edited images. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the studio's registered account in New Delhi, India.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government-mandated restrictions, or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Quotation Estimate terms shall remain unchanged, and a mutually convenient alternative date within India New Delhi shall be arranged.
All images delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of Lumina Visuals Photography Studio until full payment is received. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the images for internal corporate communications, press releases, and social media within the territory of India. Any commercial use beyond this scope requires a separate written agreement.
4. Deliverables and Timeline
Day 0 (Event Day): Full coverage by the lead Photographer and assistant at the venue in New Delhi, India.
Within 48 hours: Delivery of 20 highlight images via secure online link.
Within 10 working days: Complete edited gallery of 150 images available for download.
Within 21 working days: Printed photo albums delivered to the client's address in New Delhi.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the professional Photographer services to be rendered in India New Delhi. This document constitutes a binding agreement between both parties upon execution.
