* All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Equivalent in USD at current rate (1 USD ≈ 16,200 IDR): approximately USD 8,143.43. Rates are exclusive of any additional travel outside the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan boundary.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or scheduling changes within Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within seven (7) business days after final delivery of all edited images.
- The Photographer shall deliver all final high-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats) via secure cloud transfer within the agreed timeline. Raw files (CR3/NEF) are not included unless separately negotiated.
- All images are licensed for commercial use by the client for a period of two (2) years. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio and social media channels, subject to client approval.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extra locations beyond the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval prior to execution.
- The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. Upon acceptance, a separate contract will be drafted incorporating all terms herein.
- All work is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Jakarta Arbitration Board.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services to be performed in Indonesia Jakarta, and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
