The Photographer engagement covers all aspects of visual documentation, including but not limited to event coverage, portrait sessions, product photography, and post-production editing. All services will be delivered in accordance with the highest professional standards expected in the Iraqi market and will be executed within the boundaries of Baghdad, Republic of Iraq.

The assigned Photographer will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in corporate and event photography, well-versed in the cultural and logistical considerations specific to working in Iraq Baghdad. The Photographer will bring all necessary equipment, including professional DSLR and mirrorless camera bodies, a full lens kit, lighting rigs, and backup storage media.

* All prices are quoted in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Equivalent in USD at current exchange rate: approximately USD 11,105.00. Final USD conversion subject to Central Bank of Iraq rate on the day of payment.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Iraq Baghdad.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% within seven (7) business days following the completion of all Photographer deliverables.
• The Photographer and all crew members will comply with all local regulations, permits, and security protocols required for operating in Iraq Baghdad. Any additional government fees or permits will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All raw and edited images remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection (up to 10 images) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to client approval.
• Deliverables will be provided via secure cloud link within ten (10) business days of the event conclusion. A USB drive containing all original files will be delivered in person in Baghdad.
• Force Majeure: In the event of security disruptions, government-mandated closures, or other unforeseen circumstances in Iraq Baghdad that prevent the Photographer from performing, both parties agree to reschedule at no additional cost, provided notice is given within 48 hours.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services to be rendered in Iraq Baghdad. The undersigned authorizes Al-Rasheed Visual Media Co. to proceed with scheduling and preparation upon receipt of the advance payment.
