1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or changes in Israel Jerusalem municipal access regulations.
2. The Photographer shall provide all professional equipment, lenses, lighting, and support gear necessary to complete the project. The client is responsible for securing any special location permits required by the Israel Antiquities Authority or the Jerusalem Municipality for restricted heritage sites.
3. Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site shooting in Israel Jerusalem, and 20% upon final delivery of all edited digital files and printed materials.
4. All photographic content captured by the Photographer during the engagement in Israel Jerusalem shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to display up to five (5) images in a personal portfolio for self-promotional purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
5. The Photographer carries comprehensive professional liability insurance (minimum coverage of ILS 2,000,000) and equipment insurance valid throughout the Israel Jerusalem region. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
6. Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of ILS 650 per hour.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to security incidents, severe weather, or government-mandated closures of sites in Israel Jerusalem, may result in rescheduling. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and will communicate any delays within 24 hours.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon mutual signature, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
