The Photographer team at Mediterranean Lens Studio will be responsible for executing a full-scale visual content production for Ben-Ari Holdings Ltd.'s 2025 product launch. All photography sessions will be conducted within the Israel Tel Aviv metropolitan area, utilizing both studio facilities located in the Florentin district and on-location shoots at the Tel Aviv Port, the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, and the company's headquarters on Rothschild Boulevard. The Photographer will bring over twelve years of experience in commercial, editorial, and corporate photography, having worked with leading Israeli and international brands.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period expires, all pricing, availability, and terms are subject to revision by the Photographer and Mediterranean Lens Studio.
• Payment terms: 40% deposit (ILS 38,633.20) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% balance (ILS 57,949.80) is due within fourteen (14) business days following final image delivery.
• All payments shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to Mediterranean Lens Studio's designated account in Tel Aviv, Israel. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% as per Israeli commercial law.
• The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all raw and final images. Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for commercial use in print, digital, and broadcast media. Any resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the images requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
• Schedule changes, additional shooting days, or scope modifications beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before any additional work commences.
• In the event of weather-related disruptions during on-location shoots in Israel Tel Aviv, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule affected sessions at no additional cost to the client, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• The Photographer and all team members will comply with all applicable Israeli labor, safety, and data protection regulations (including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981) throughout the duration of the project.
