- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance (email or signed copy) by the client. The Photographer studio reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion prior to acceptance.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (€ 3,308.64) is due upon acceptance to secure the Photographer's schedule in Milan. The remaining 60% (€ 4,962.96) is due within 15 business days following delivery of the final edited images.
- Rescheduling: Should the client need to reschedule the Photographer session in Italy Milan, a minimum of 72 hours' written notice is required. Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a 25% fee on the total Quotation Estimate.
- Weather & Force Majeure: The Photographer studio in Milan will make reasonable efforts to accommodate weather-related disruptions. In the event of force majeure (severe weather, public emergencies in Milan, Italy), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost, and this Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for an additional 14 days.
- Intellectual Property: All raw and edited images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer (Studio Lumen Milano S.r.l.) until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives the usage rights as specified in Item 08 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Compliance: All photographic activities conducted under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with Italian data protection regulations (GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the specific municipal bylaws of the Comune di Milano, Italy.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
