1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to potential changes in location permit fees, equipment costs, or market conditions in Italy Rome.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (€4,318.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% (€6,478.20) shall be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) days of project completion and final image delivery.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling: All shooting dates in Italy Rome must be confirmed no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled start date. Rescheduling requests made within fourteen (14) days of the shoot date will incur a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations within seven (7) days will forfeit the full deposit.
4. Weather and Force Majeure: Given the outdoor nature of photography in Italy Rome, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate weather disruptions. In the event of severe weather, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the Photographer will propose alternative dates at no additional cost to the client.
5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for the agreed-upon purpose. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in personal portfolios, exhibitions, and promotional materials. Any additional usage rights (e.g., advertising, publication, broadcast) must be negotiated separately and will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
6. Revisions: The Photographer includes one round of minor post-production adjustments (crop, exposure, colour balance) at no extra charge. Additional revision rounds or extensive retouching will be quoted separately.
7. Insurance and Liability: The Photographer carries professional liability insurance covering equipment and third-party claims during all operations in Italy Rome. The client is responsible for any additional insurance requirements specific to their industry or project scope.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
