3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or scheduling changes in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by a qualified and experienced Photographer or their designated team members operating within the jurisdiction of Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 50% shall be due within seven (7) business days of final image delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Lumière d'Abidjan Photography, or by certified cheque payable to the Photographer entity registered in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- The Photographer shall deliver all final edited images in high-resolution digital format within fourteen (14) business days of the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional hours, locations, or services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the hourly rate of 150,000 XOF per hour for the lead Photographer and 75,000 XOF per hour for the assistant.
- The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a strict non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The Photographer is not obligated to accept any project until the deposit is received.
- All work shall be conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Ivory Coast, including but not limited to data protection and intellectual property statutes applicable in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Ivory Coast Abidjan), the Photographer shall notify the client within 24 hours and the project shall be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Photographer services in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
