1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

The scope of work outlined herein covers all photographic sessions, post-production editing, licensing, and delivery of final assets as requested by the client. 3. Photographer Qualifications and Equipment

The Photographer assigned to this engagement holds a certified professional photography license issued by the Japan Photographers Association and maintains full liability insurance coverage valid throughout the Japan Osaka region. The primary Photographer will be accompanied by a dedicated assistant to ensure seamless execution of the shoot schedule. All equipment, including full-frame mirrorless camera bodies, prime and zoom lens sets, and professional-grade lighting arrays, is owned and maintained by the studio at no additional cost to the client.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date. After the expiration date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Japan Osaka.
A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 50% is due within seven (7) business days following final image delivery.
All payments are to be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the studio's designated account in Osaka, Japan.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, venue unavailability, or force majeure events. Rescheduling will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Client is responsible for obtaining any additional model releases, property releases, or special permits not covered under item 2.4 of this Quotation Estimate.
All raw image files remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The client receives a non-exclusive commercial license as specified in item 2.8.
Any additional hours, locations, or post-production work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly rate of ¥45,000 per hour for the Photographer and ¥18,000 per hour for the assistant.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Osaka, Japan.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above, and authorizes Kentaro Nakamura Photography Studio to proceed with the Photographer services as described for the Japan Osaka engagement.
