The Photographer will provide the following services as detailed in this Quotation Estimate:

The Photographer will be available for the engagement during the period of 22 June 2025 through 24 June 2025, subject to client confirmation. All sessions will be conducted at locations within the 23 special wards of Japan Tokyo, including but not limited to Shinjuku, Minato, Chiyoda, and Shibuya. Should the client require the Photographer to travel outside the central Japan Tokyo metropolitan area (e.g., to Yokohama, Kamakura, or Nikko), additional travel fees will be applied as noted in this Quotation Estimate or in a supplementary addendum.

The Photographer will arrive at the designated location in Japan Tokyo no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up equipment, conduct lighting tests, and review the shot list with the client or their representative.

As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment is structured as follows:

50% deposit (536,500 JPY) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule.
50% balance (643,800 JPY, inclusive of JCT) due within 14 business days of final image delivery.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account in Japan Tokyo or via international wire transfer. Bank reference details will be provided upon written confirmation.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions for Photographer services in Japan Tokyo.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to adverse weather, public holidays in Japan Tokyo, or force majeure events, with at least 48 hours' prior notice.
All images delivered under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives the licensing rights as specified in Section 3.
The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by client-side changes to the shoot schedule, location, or creative direction once the session in Japan Tokyo has commenced.
Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the rates specified herein or at mutually agreed-upon rates documented in writing.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the engagement of the Photographer in Japan Tokyo shall be resolved through mediation in the Tokyo District Court.
The Photographer carries full professional liability insurance covering all activities conducted in Japan Tokyo, with a minimum coverage of 100,000,000 JPY.
