The following table constitutes the core financial component of this Quotation Estimate. All prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 12% as mandated by the tax regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Photographer engagement will be scheduled within five (5) business days of confirmation. The primary shooting session in Kazakhstan Almaty is anticipated to last one full working day (09:00 to 17:00 local time, with a one-hour lunch break). Post-production editing will be completed within ten (10) business days following the shooting date. Final high-resolution deliverables will be transmitted to the client via a secure, password-protected cloud link. Any additional editing requests beyond the 50 included images will be billed at the unit rate specified in Item 04 above.

• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon signing. The remaining 60% is payable within seven (7) business days of final image delivery. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the studio's registered account in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment costs, currency fluctuations, or availability of the assigned Photographer.
• Location and Permits: The client is responsible for securing any necessary location permits or access credentials for shooting sites within Kazakhstan Almaty. Our studio will assist in the application process at no additional charge.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited images become the exclusive property of the client. The Photographer retains the right to display a maximum of five (5) images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, subject to the client's written consent.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session incurs no penalty. Cancellation between seven and fourteen days results in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within seven days is subject to a 50% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Governing Law: This agreement and all related Quotation Estimate terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Almaty city.
