- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within seven (7) business days of final image delivery.
- All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Savanna Lens Photography Ltd., or by certified cheque payable to the company name. International clients may pay in USD at the prevailing Central Bank of Kenya exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of force majeure, severe weather conditions common to the Kenya Nairobi climate, or government-mandated restrictions. In such cases, a new date will be agreed upon within fourteen (14) days at no additional cost.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images for the agreed-upon purpose. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their portfolio, website, and social media channels, subject to the client's written approval for sensitive or confidential shoots.
- Location Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary location permits, building access clearances, or municipal approvals required for photography within specific venues in Kenya Nairobi. The Photographer will provide guidance and documentation support where applicable.
- Liability: Savanna Lens Photography Ltd. shall not be held liable for loss of equipment, data, or personnel due to theft, civil unrest, or acts of God. The Photographer carries comprehensive professional indemnity insurance valid throughout Kenya Nairobi and the wider Kenyan territory.
- Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the Acceptance section below. The full service agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
