Scope of Work & Photographer Responsibilities

The assigned Photographer will arrive at the designated venue in Kuwait Kuwait City no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to conduct a lighting assessment, set up equipment, and coordinate with the client's event manager. The Photographer is responsible for capturing a minimum of 500 raw frames per day, selecting the best 100 per day for editing, and delivering all final assets within 10 business days of the shoot date. The Photographer will adhere to all Kuwaiti cultural norms, dress codes, and photography permits required by local authorities when operating in public or semi-public spaces within Kuwait Kuwait City.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment costs, currency fluctuations, or Photographer availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total (KWD 848.160) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% is due within seven (7) business days following delivery of all final assets.
All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to Al Noor Visual Studios' designated corporate account in Kuwait Kuwait City.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather, or government-mandated closures within Kuwait Kuwait City.
All intellectual property rights to the final edited images transfer to the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use a maximum of five (5) images for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client.
Any additional hours, extra image requests beyond the 200-image allowance, or changes to the shooting location within Kuwait Kuwait City will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed in writing.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. Upon acceptance, it shall serve as the governing commercial agreement for the described services.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Kuwait, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of work, pricing, and terms for the engagement of the Photographer and supporting team. The client confirms that all services will be rendered in and around Kuwait Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, and that all necessary venue permissions and photography permits have been or will be secured by the client prior to the shoot date.
