Upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Photographer team will schedule a pre-production meeting at our studio in Morocco Casablanca within five (5) business days. The principal photography sessions are anticipated to be conducted over two (2) consecutive days, with post-production and final delivery completed within seven (7) business days thereafter. All digital assets will be delivered via a secure cloud portal, and the printed albums will be hand-delivered to the client's designated address in Casablanca.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
• Acceptance: The client shall confirm acceptance by signing and returning a copy of this document or by issuing a formal purchase order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QE-2025-CAS-0487.
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% is due within ten (10) business days of final image delivery. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge.
• Revisions: One round of minor post-production adjustments is included. Additional revision requests will be billed at 350 MAD per hour of the Photographer's time.
• Usage Rights: All delivered images are licensed for the client's commercial and editorial use. The Photographer retains the right to display selected work in their portfolio and promotional materials unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting outdoor shoots in Morocco Casablanca, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest.
• Insurance & Liability: The Photographer maintains professional liability insurance covering equipment and third-party claims up to 2,000,000 MAD. The client is responsible for securing any additional location-specific permits required by Moroccan authorities.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
