1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, or availability of the Photographer team in Myanmar Yangon.
2. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the photography session and delivery of final edited images.
3. All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the studio's designated account in Myanmar Yangon, or in US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Myanmar on the day of payment.
4. The Photographer and all crew members shall be provided with meals and reasonable refreshments during full-day engagements. Any additional overtime beyond the agreed hours will be billed at a rate of 50,000 MMK per hour per crew member.
5. All raw and edited image files delivered to the client are licensed for personal and commercial use. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their portfolio, website, and social media channels unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the session.
6. In the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Myanmar Yangon that prevent the photography session from proceeding as planned, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the engagement at no additional cost to the client. The deposit shall be fully transferable to the rescheduled date.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Any modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum signed by both the client and the Photographer.
8. The studio shall carry professional liability insurance covering equipment damage and personal injury during all engagements conducted within Myanmar Yangon. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.
9. All work is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts in Myanmar Yangon.
