As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 50% advance payment (NPR 69,495) is due upon acceptance of this document and signing of the service agreement. The remaining 50% balance (NPR 69,495) shall be settled within seven (7) calendar days following the final delivery of all edited images and digital files. Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu branch, or through a certified cheque. All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of the Photographer's professional fees, equipment usage, and standard post-production work as itemized above.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the shoot with a minimum of 48 hours' prior written notice in the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure events.
- All images captured during the engagement shall be the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment has been received. Upon clearance of the balance, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
- The Photographer is not liable for delays in post-production delivery exceeding the agreed timeline due to client-requested revisions beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or extra locations beyond the Kathmandu Valley perimeter will be billed separately at the rates agreed upon in a supplementary addendum to this document.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The service agreement will be executed separately.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with the local photography regulations and permits required by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City authority.
