This Quotation Estimate covers the full scope of services to be delivered by our lead Photographer, Senior Creative Director Mark van der Berg, along with his assistant. The Photographer will be responsible for all creative direction, technical execution, and quality assurance of the final deliverables. All shooting will take place within the boundaries of Netherlands Amsterdam, and the Photographer will coordinate directly with the client's project manager to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and visual objectives. The Photographer guarantees that all equipment used will be professional-grade, fully insured, and maintained to the highest industry standards.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to market conditions or scheduling changes.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the booking. The remaining 60% is due within 14 days of final image delivery.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Lens Studio, IBAN: NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00, BIC: ABNANL2A, reference: QE-2025-0487.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice in the event of force majeure, including severe weather conditions common in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
- All images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client receives the licensing rights as specified in item 6 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Any additional services, extended shooting hours, or extra locations beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of €225 per hour, plus applicable VAT.
- The Photographer will provide a preliminary selection of 20 images within 5 business days of the shooting date for client feedback before final retouching commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, trade secrets, and unpublished content encountered during the engagement in Netherlands Amsterdam.
