3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry without prior notice.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to ₦1,999,500, is required to confirm the booking and schedule the Photographer and crew. The remaining balance shall be due within seven (7) business days of final delivery.

3.3 All images delivered are licensed for commercial use by Okafor Enterprises Ltd. for a period of five (5) years. Any extension or additional usage rights must be negotiated separately.

3.4 The Photographer reserves the right to use up to three (3) images from each session in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless a written non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.

3.5 In the event of rescheduling due to client-requested changes, a rescheduling fee of 10% of the applicable service line item shall apply. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government shutdowns, or security disruptions common to Nigeria Abuja, shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3.6 All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. Cheques and cash payments exceeding ₦500,000 are not accepted.

3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The final service agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
