- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by Andes Visual Studio S.A.C. and is binding upon written acceptance by the client. Acceptance must be communicated in writing (email or signed copy) within the validity period stated above.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within five (5) business days following final delivery of all edited images. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal invoice issued in Peru Lima.
- The Photographer and all crew members shall comply with all applicable Peruvian labor laws, municipal regulations, and safety protocols while operating in Peru Lima. The client is responsible for providing safe access to all designated shooting locations.
- Intellectual property: Upon full payment, the client shall receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images for commercial and editorial purposes. The Photographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and to submit entries to photography competitions, provided the client's brand is not misrepresented.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shoot date will result in forfeiture of the 50% advance. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours will result in a 100% charge.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Peru Lima.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with Peruvian law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The final service agreement will be executed separately and will reference this Quotation Estimate as an annex.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services to be rendered in Peru Lima.
