The Photographer will coordinate with the client's event planner or venue management to ensure seamless execution of the shoot schedule.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in the Philippines Manila photography industry.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days upon final delivery of all photographic assets.
• Delivery Timeline: The Photographer shall deliver edited high-resolution images within fourteen (14) business days from the date of the shoot. The printed photo album shall be delivered within twenty-one (21) business days to the client's designated address in Philippines Manila.
• Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes one (1) round of minor retouching revisions per image. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of ₱3,500 per hour.
• Weather & Force Majeure: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting outdoor shoots in the Philippines Manila area, the Photographer will coordinate with the client to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
