- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Moscow.

- Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes one (1) round of minor revisions on the post-production deliverables. Additional revision rounds will be billed at RUB 8,000 per round.
- Usage Rights: All delivered images are licensed for commercial use in print, digital, and broadcast media within the Russian Federation and internationally for a period of two (2) years. Extended or exclusive licensing will be quoted separately.
- Location Permits: The Photographer and production team will handle all necessary location permits for shoots within Russia Moscow. Any municipal fees exceeding RUB 10,000 will be passed to the client with prior written approval.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control in Russia Moscow.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
