The Photographer team will arrive at the designated venue in Saudi Arabia Riyadh no later than 07:00 AM on the event date for setup and lighting calibration. Full coverage will span from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with the executive portrait session scheduled between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The drone aerial segment will be conducted during the golden hour window (05:00 PM – 07:00 PM) to capture optimal lighting over the Riyadh skyline.
All final edited images will be delivered via a secure cloud portal within five (5) business days following the event. The printed photo album will be delivered to the client's office in Riyadh within ten (10) business days. This Quotation Estimate assumes a single event day; additional days will be quoted separately at the daily rate specified above.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer team's schedule. The remaining 50% is due within seven (7) business days of final image delivery.
- All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice.
- The Photographer team reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting drone operations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All images remain the intellectual property of Al-Nakheel Visual Media Co. unless a separate licensing agreement is executed. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for internal corporate use.
- Any changes to the scope of work, venue location within Riyadh, or event duration must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event date. Additional charges may apply.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy.
- All services are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Saudi Communications and Media Commission (CMA) regarding photography and drone operations.
