All deliverables will be captured, edited, and delivered in accordance with the specifications detailed below.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Senegal Dakar.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this quotation; the remaining 50% due within seven (7) business days following final delivery of all photographic assets.
3. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the account of Sahel Visual Studios, BIC: BAKISN22, IBAN: SN08 1000 2000 0123 4567 8901 234.
4. The Photographer and all crew members shall be available on the agreed dates. Rescheduling requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
5. All images delivered are licensed for commercial use by Teranga Hospitality Group for a period of two (2) years. Extended licensing or buyout options are available upon separate written agreement.
6. Sahel Visual Studios retains the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than five) for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, with prior written consent from the client.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common to the Senegal Dakar coastal region, political unrest, or government-mandated restrictions, may necessitate rescheduling without penalty to either party.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes the governing agreement for the scope of work described herein.
9. All work will be performed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal, including data protection regulations applicable to the capture and storage of personal images.
10. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
