Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the expiry date of 14 July 2025 will be subject to revised pricing by our Photographer team.
All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed within the geographical boundaries of Singapore Singapore. Any off-site or international assignments will require a separate supplementary quotation.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, amounting to SGD 10,736.50, is required to secure the Photographer's schedule and confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final image delivery.
The assigned Photographer and support crew will arrive no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start time at each location within Singapore Singapore. Delays caused by the client or third-party venue management will be billed at SGD 150.00 per hour.
All final edited images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG (300 DPI) and TIFF formats via a secure cloud link. Original RAW files will be retained by Lumina Visual Studios for a period of twelve (12) months and may be released upon written request and additional fee.
Client retains full commercial usage rights for all delivered images. Lumina Visual Studios reserves the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than five per project) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional subjects, extended shooting hours, or revised locations within Singapore Singapore must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled session. Such changes may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, public health advisories, or government-mandated restrictions in Singapore Singapore, the Photographer engagement may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client, provided notice is given within twenty-four (24) hours.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to Lumina Visual Studios Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank, Account No. 012-345678-9. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) guidelines.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Photographer services to be rendered in Singapore Singapore.
