This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lumina Visuals Photography (Pty) Ltd, a registered professional Photographer service provider operating out of Sandton, South Africa Johannesburg, in response to the written request received from Mokoena & Partners (Pty) Ltd on 02 June 2025. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the photographic services to be delivered across multiple locations within the South Africa Johannesburg metropolitan area.

This Quotation Estimate reflects all anticipated costs, including equipment, travel within the South Africa Johannesburg metro, post-production editing, and delivery of final assets.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: a non-refundable deposit of 50% (R 52 210) is due upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance of 50% (R 52 210) is payable within 14 business days of final image delivery. All payments are to be made via EFT to the bank account of Lumina Visuals Photography (Pty) Ltd, FNB, Branch Code 250655, Account No. 6284710935. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per South African National Credit Act provisions.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Photographer services in South Africa Johannesburg.
All photographic services will be performed by the named Photographer, Naledi van der Merwe, or a qualified associate of equivalent seniority. The client will be notified in writing of any substitution at least 72 hours prior to the shoot date.
Travel and logistics costs are calculated based on distances within the South Africa Johannesburg metropolitan area. Any shoot location outside the 80 km radius of Johannesburg CBD will be quoted separately at R 8.50 per additional kilometre.
The Photographer retains the right to use up to five (5) images from each project for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
All deliverables will be provided via a secure cloud-based download portal. Physical media (USB drives, prints) are not included in this Quotation Estimate and may be added as a supplementary line item upon request.
In the event of weather-related delays for outdoor shoots in the South Africa Johannesburg area, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost to the client, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement will be issued within five (5) business days.
All work is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed and accepted in full. The Photographer and Lumina Visuals Photography (Pty) Ltd will proceed with scheduling the shoot dates as outlined in the project timeline to be confirmed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
