- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, crew availability, or regulatory requirements in Spain Barcelona.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule; 40% due upon completion of all on-location shoots; final 20% due within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the final edited image set.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the studio's IBAN account in Barcelona, Spain. Invoices will reference the Quotation Estimate number QTE-BCN-2025-04782.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial licence as described in item 08 above.
- Rescheduling: up to one (1) reschedule of any shoot day is permitted at no additional cost, provided the client gives a minimum of seven (7) business days' written notice. Further reschedules will incur a 15% surcharge on the affected day's fee.
- Force majeure: weather conditions, public demonstrations, or government-issued restrictions in Spain Barcelona that prevent on-location work will result in a postponement without penalty to either party.
- All crew members will comply with current Spanish labour regulations, data protection law (RGPD / GDPR), and local municipal permits required for photography in public spaces in Barcelona.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The governing law for any dispute shall be that of the Kingdom of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
- Any additional services, extended usage rights, or scope changes beyond those listed herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Photographer prior to execution.
