The undersigned Photographer, Carlos Mendoza Vega, proposes to deliver a comprehensive corporate photography package for the client’s annual business conference to be held at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos, Madrid. The engagement covers pre-production planning, on-site shooting across multiple locations within Spain Madrid, post-production editing, and delivery of final high-resolution digital assets. The Photographer will be available for a total of three (3) full working days, from 08:00 to 19:00, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or scheduling changes within Spain Madrid.
• Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 4,399.56) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer’s dates. The remaining 60% (EUR 6,599.34) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the final delivery of all edited images.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of CMV Photography Studio, IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC: CADEESBBXXX. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
• Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered photographs for internal corporate communications, marketing materials, and press releases. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in his professional portfolio and on his website, subject to the client’s prior written approval for any images depicting identifiable individuals.
• Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel the engagement, the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs fewer than fourteen (14) days before the first shooting day. Cancellations made more than fourteen days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Force Majeure: The Photographer shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting outdoor shoots in Spain Madrid, public health emergencies, or government-mandated venue closures.
• Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to treat all client information, trade secrets, and unpublished content encountered during the engagement in Spain Madrid as strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
