All travel, equipment transport, and on-site logistics within the Valencia metropolitan area are included in this estimate.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer team may need to reconfirm availability and pricing, particularly given seasonal demand in Spain Valencia.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (€4,575.96) is due upon acceptance to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% (€6,863.94) is payable within fourteen (14) business days of final image delivery.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the studio's account at CaixaBank (IBAN: ES21 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are processed in Euros (EUR).
- Revisions: One round of minor revisions to the edited images is included. Additional revision rounds will be billed at €15.00 per image, subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Usage Rights: The client receives full commercial and editorial usage rights for the delivered images. The Photographer retains the right to display a selection of images in their professional portfolio and promotional materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.
- Weather and Force Majeure: Given the outdoor nature of many locations in Spain Valencia, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions affected by severe weather (e.g., Levante storms, extreme heat exceeding 42°C) at no additional cost. Rescheduling must be communicated within 48 hours.
- Liability: The Photographer and Luz del Turia Photography Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party permit authorities, municipal restrictions in Valencia, or events beyond reasonable control.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
- Confidentiality: All client information, project details, and unpublished images shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Photographer and studio team.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services described herein, to be performed in Spain Valencia. The client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work and pricing specified in this document.
