The Photographer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings:

Pre-Production Consultation: A minimum of two (2) on-site or virtual meetings to discuss creative direction, shot lists, location scouting, and client expectations.
On-Location Photography: Full-day coverage (8 hours) at the designated venue in Thailand Bangkok, including setup, shooting, and teardown.
Equipment Provision: Professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless camera bodies, prime and zoom lenses, studio lighting kits, reflectors, and backup equipment.
Post-Production & Editing: Color correction, retouching, and professional editing of all selected images using industry-standard software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Delivery of Final Assets: High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats) delivered via secure cloud storage within fourteen (14) business days of the shoot date.
Print Rights: One (1) set of 20x30 inch archival-quality prints included in the base package.

Deposit: 50% of the total amount (THB 71,957.50) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule.
Balance: Remaining 50% (THB 71,957.50) payable within seven (7) business days of final image delivery.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Golden Lotus Photography Studio, Bank of Ayudhya, Account No. 123-4-56789-0. International wire transfers accepted with a 3% processing surcharge.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session in the event of force majeure (severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in Thailand Bangkok).
All images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial and personal use.
Any changes to the scope of work after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
The Photographer shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 5,000,000 for all work conducted in Thailand Bangkok.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and resolved through mediation in Bangkok prior to any litigation.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Photographer in Thailand Bangkok. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
