Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates for professional Photographer services in Turkey Ankara as of June 2025. All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY). Should the scope of work expand beyond the items listed above, a supplementary quotation will be issued prior to any additional work commencing.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) business days following the final delivery of all photographic assets.
Deliverables: The Photographer will deliver a minimum of 200 fully edited, high-resolution images (minimum 3000px on the long edge, JPEG and RAW formats) within ten (10) business days of the final shoot date. A private online gallery will be provided for client review and selection.
Usage Rights: All delivered images are licensed for the client's commercial and editorial use. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed.
Location Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal or site-specific permits required for photography at restricted locations within Turkey Ankara. Our team will assist in the application process at no additional charge.
Weather & Force Majeure: Outdoor shoots scheduled in Turkey Ankara are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the affected session to the next available date at no extra cost.
Revisions: One round of minor post-production adjustments (cropping, exposure correction, color balance) is included. Additional retouching or creative edits will be billed at 350 TRY per image.
Confidentiality: The Photographer and all team members will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request, ensuring that all client-sensitive information and pre-publication content remain strictly confidential.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ankara.
