- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the expiry date will be subject to revised pricing by the Photographer studio.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 60% is payable within fourteen (14) business days following the final delivery of all photographic assets.
- The Photographer and all supporting crew members are required to present valid identification and, where applicable, work permits for operations within Turkey Istanbul. The client agrees to facilitate any necessary venue access permits in coordination with local Istanbul municipal authorities.
- All images captured by the Photographer during the engagement in Turkey Istanbul shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to ten (10) images for personal portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- Weather-related disruptions affecting outdoor or aerial photography in Turkey Istanbul will be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within the same project window. If the entire project is cancelled by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional shooting days, extended post-production beyond 500 images, or any services not explicitly listed in Section 2. Any such additions will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum signed by both parties.
- Governing law: All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Republic of Turkey, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
