2. Scope of Services – Photographer Engagement

This Quotation Estimate is issued by LensCraft Photography Studio, a licensed and registered Photographer operating in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region, in response to the client's request for comprehensive photographic coverage of the upcoming "Gulf Business Summit 2025" to be held at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, on 22–24 August 2025. The following services are included in this estimate:

3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi photography sector.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% (AED 37,023.00) is required upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final image delivery.
All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "LensCraft Photography Studio LLC."
The Photographer and all crew members shall comply with the UAE Media Regulatory Authority (MRA) guidelines, local photography permits, and any venue-specific restrictions applicable in Abu Dhabi.
Full commercial usage rights for all delivered images shall be transferred to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to ten (10) images for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to the client's prior written approval.
Any additional hours, extra portrait sessions, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the hourly rates specified above and require a written change order signed by both parties.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi area), the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the engagement without penalty. The deposit shall be applied to the rescheduled date.
All equipment used by the Photographer is fully insured. The client shall be liable for any damage to the venue or property caused by the photography team during the engagement.
This quotation is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Abu Dhabi.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of Photographer services to be delivered in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction and authorizes the commencement of work upon receipt of the initial deposit.
