All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% as applicable in the United Kingdom. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

1. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and receipt of the deposit. The Photographer reserves the right to decline any assignment that falls outside the agreed scope without prior written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
2. Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (i.e., £2,522.40 including VAT) is due upon acceptance to secure the booking date. The remaining 60% balance (i.e., £3,783.60 including VAT) is payable within 14 days of the event date. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to the account details provided by the Photographer.
3. Delivery Timeline: The Photographer will deliver the edited image gallery within 10 working days of the event. The printed album will be dispatched within 21 working days of final image selection and client approval of the layout.
4. Revisions: One round of minor edits (up to 10 images) is included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional editing requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged at £12.00 per image plus VAT.
5. Usage Rights: The client receives full personal and internal corporate usage rights to all delivered photographs. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than 5) for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, subject to the client's prior written consent.
6. Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel this Quotation Estimate more than 28 days before the event, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 28 days of the event date will incur a charge of 75% of the total Quotation Estimate value. The Photographer reserves the right to cancel in the event of force majeure, in which case the full deposit will be refunded.
7. Weather and Venue Access: The Photographer will require reasonable access to the venue, adequate lighting, and a power source for equipment. In the event of adverse weather affecting outdoor elements, the Photographer will use professional judgement to adapt the shoot. No additional charges will apply for weather-related adjustments within the agreed duration.
8. Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to treat all client information, trade secrets, and unpublished photographs as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the completion of the engagement for a period of two years.
9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Birmingham.
