3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing, and press purposes. Cancellation within 7 days incurs 100%. Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to the Photographer's availability, with a £150.00 administrative fee.
5. Weather and Force Majeure: The Photographer shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the agreed services. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather affecting United Kingdom London operations, civil unrest, or public health emergencies), the Photographer shall notify the client promptly and the parties shall negotiate a revised schedule in good faith.
6. Insurance: The Photographer maintains professional indemnity insurance of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £10,000,000, compliant with United Kingdom regulatory requirements. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
7. Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to treat all client information, venue details, and unpublished images as strictly confidential in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
