4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 17 July 2025, the Photographer reserves the right to revise rates due to market conditions in United Kingdom Manchester.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (£2,551.20 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the date. The remaining 60% (£3,826.80 incl. VAT) is payable within 14 working days of full image delivery.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 21 days before the event incurs a 50% deposit forfeiture. Cancellation within 21 days results in full forfeiture of the deposit. The Photographer may cancel with 14 days' written notice, in which case the full deposit is refunded.
4.4 Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, press releases, and marketing materials. The Photographer retains the right to use a selection of images (maximum 10) for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
4.5 Late Delivery: The Photographer commits to the delivery timelines stated in Section 2. In the event of a delay exceeding 5 working days beyond the agreed date, a 5% credit per week (up to a maximum of 15%) will be applied to the final invoice.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
