1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in equipment costs, labor rates, or scheduling availability within the United States Houston market.
2. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $6,495.00, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's calendar. The remaining balance of $6,495.00 shall be due within fourteen (14) days of final image delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date will result in a full refund of the deposit less a $200.00 administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit the full deposit. This policy applies to all Photographer services booked in the United States Houston area.
4. Revisions: The Photographer includes one (1) round of post-production revisions at no additional charge. Additional revision rounds will be billed at $75.00 per hour. Any scope changes beyond the original Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties.
5. Insurance & Liability: Lumière Visuals LLC maintains a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance covering all Photographer operations conducted in United States Houston and the State of Texas. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request prior to the engagement.
6. Intellectual Property: All raw and edited images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon receipt of the final balance, the client receives the commercial usage license as described in Line Item 10 of this Quotation Estimate.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, severe weather events common to the United States Houston climate (including hurricanes, flooding, or extreme heat), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in the courts of Harris County, United States Houston.
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for professional Photographer services to be performed in United States Houston, Texas. The Client agrees to all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work as outlined in this document. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the services described herein.
