- Deposit (40%): $3,988.20 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's date.
- Second Payment (35%): $3,489.68 – Due 14 days prior to the scheduled photography session in Miami.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in the Miami, United States photography industry.
- The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of rescheduling. Cancellations by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
