All services described herein are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the conclusion of this document.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in accordance with the following schedule. Payment is due to Apex Visual Studios LLC via bank transfer, certified check, or approved credit card. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, amounting to $6,200.67, is required to confirm the booking date and secure the Photographer's availability. The remaining balance of $6,200.67 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of the photography session and delivery of the final edited images. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% as permitted under New York State commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market rates for professional Photographer services in the United States New York City area.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice in the event of severe weather, equipment failure, or force majeure. In such cases, no fees shall be charged for the rescheduled date.
- All images produced during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final balance, the client is granted the print and limited digital license as specified in Line Item 7.
- The Photographer and all team members carry comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000, as required for commercial photography operations within the United States New York City jurisdiction.
- Any additional hours, locations, or services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of $350.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. Upon execution, it becomes a legally binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in New York County, United States New York City, prior to any litigation proceedings.
- The Photographer shall comply with all applicable New York City and New York State regulations regarding photography in public spaces, including but not limited to the NYC Administrative Code Title 10 and any relevant union agreements if applicable.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services to be performed in the United States New York City area.
